Hose assemblies - requirements, installation according to DIN 20 066

Hose assemblies must conform to the requirements of the relevant hose and fittings standards.
However, if the hose and the hose fittings have different nominal pressures, only the lower nominal pressure may be used as the maximum permitted working pressure.
All fittings used must conform to the requirements of the dynamic pressure test as per DIN 20 024 when interconnected with the hoses to be used in the application.
Hose fittings must conform to the requirements stipulated in DIN 20 066.
Ready assembled hose assemblies must not display any defects during a test in accordance with EN 6803. Temporary drip formation between the insert and the socket is permitted during a pressure test with the prescripted test pressure.
All hose assemblies must display the markings of the hose manufacturer, the date of manufacture (year and month) and the max. permitted working pressure for the assembly.
