We process pipes of a wide variety of steel and copper grades, with diameters from 6 to 60 mm and various wall thicknesses.

For instance, it is no problem for us to bend steel pipes with a diametera of 60 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm (material quality St 52.4).

Using steel pipes up to a diameter of 25 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm it is possible to fabricate a pipeline with up to four different degrees of bends - in random order and quantity. Our standard radius corresponds to 1.5, or in special cases 1.14 times the outside diameter of the pipe.

Manual bending equipment, automatic bending machines as well as special bending equipment expand our existing bending capacity.

However, the most important quality characteristic, aside from a 100% correct geometry of the bent pipe, is the secure connection of the various components to a piping system or to multiple distributors. Our specialty are brazing processes in protective gas continuous furnaces, sensor controlled induction and resistance brazing systems as well as flame brazing on CNC rotary indexing table systems. Proven welding processes such as TIG/MIG/MAG are also being applied.
