1928

Voswinkel oHG is founded in Rönsahl by the brothers Arthur and Hugo Voswinkel. The purpose of the enterprise initially is the manufacture of screw machine parts, synthetic parts and tools of all kinds, as well as their distribution and sale.

The small company that started in Rönsahl in 1928 has now grown into a modern medium-sized business enterprise. The new construction of production facilities and relocation to Neugrünental in the year 1976 was the starting signal for a continual business development. While in 1977 the company employed a staff of 38 and had 6 automatic lathes in their production, in less than 20 years these figures have been more than quintupled.

1979

Foundation of Voswinkel GmbH with managing director Hartmut Voswinkel. The development of proprietary product groups in the metal and synthetic sector is added to the already existing product range.

1992

Hartmut Voswinkel passed away on April 22. Since that time, the direction of the company has been in the hands of Mrs Inge Voswinkel.

2000

Jointly with Mrs Inge Voswinkel, Mr Heinz-Werner Störmer and Mr Georg Weiland have been appointed as managing directors of Voswinkel GmbH since July 1.

2004

As of January 1, Mrs Inge Voswinkel resigns from the management. Her daughter, Mrs Claudia Voswinkel, takes her place in management.
